	Provide sewer systems for the Rock Island and Garden Acres Communities.
	Continue capital improvement projects citywide.
	Develop the Downtown Park/Preserve green space citywide.
	Maintain the financial stability of the city/advocate for no tax increase.
	Support implementation of the Management and Performance Excellence Initiative.
	Promote affordable housing.
